Information You Give Us.

We collect information that you provide to us when you sign up to learn more about LATPP or participate in LATPP. We may receive your information when you send us an email message or otherwise contact us.


Enrollment in LATPP.

In order to enroll as a LATPP participant you will need to provide us with information such as your name, home address, phone number, your educational background, first available date, and Equal Employment Opportunity information.


Information We Automatically Collect.

When you visit our Website, we automatically collect information about how you interact with the services as well as the devices that you use to interact with the services. This includes which pages of our Website were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which hyperlinks were "clicked," as well as logging the IP address, operating system, and browser software used by each user of the Website.

We use Cookies, which are electronic identifiers that are transferred automatically to your computer through your browser that allow our computers to save certain information you provide us and store information about you so we can recognize you when you visit our Website in the future.   • Communications with TNTP. When you send us an email message or otherwise contact us, we use the information provided by you to respond to your communication. We may archive this information and/or use it for future communications with you. We use your contact information to send you updates and email messages when you sign up for our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by replying to the email message and asking to be unsubscribed.

  • Sign Up Form When you complete our on-line Sign Up form for LATPP, we may use the information provided by you to respond to your communication. We may archive this information and/or use it for future communication with you. 

  • To Improve our Website. We use information to build higher quality and more useful services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our users, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of our Website.

  • Disclosure to TNTP Contractors. Our TNTP technology consultants, vendors, and payment processors sometimes have limited access to your information in the course of providing products or services to us. These contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the Website.
